Perfection of the Salah — Session 3 Coming Soon, In shā’ Allāh
The second sisters’ session on “Perfection of the Salah” has now been successfully completed, alḥamdulillāh, with a wonderful response from attendees. Following many requests from sisters, a third session is being arranged — the date will be announced here soon, in shā’ Allāh.

Ladies’ Special Islamic Lecture — Dr. Nighat Hashmi (Pakistan)
City Mosque Preston is delighted to invite all sisters to a special Islamic lecture by Dr. Nighat Hashmi — renowned Islamic scholar, educator, author, Qur’anic commentator and founder of Al-Noor International. Author of the renowned Qur’an tafsīr “Qur’ānan ’Ajabā” and over 200 books on the Qur’an, Hadith, Seerah, women, education and character building, she has inspired and educated thousands of women around the world. The lecture will be delivered in Urdu with live English translation, and lunch and refreshments will be served after the programme.

The Jumuah khutbah on Friday 14th August 2026 will be delivered by Shaykh Esam Saleh. In shaah Allah, Shaykh Esam Saleh will continue to deliver the khutbah on the second Friday of every month going forward. All are welcome.

Weekly Youth Circles
A new weekly series — "Identity in a Changing World" — exploring Muslim identity, faith, and the challenges of modern life. Open to high school and university students.
